§ 8-26. Fees for permits, inspections, certificates, fire code violations, etc.

The town council may, from time to time, establish certain fees for the permits, inspections, certificates, fire code violations, approval or other functions performed under this article, and such fees shall, when established, be payable to the town. Such fees shall be paid prior to the issuance of any permit, approval, or certificate, or other similar matter. A schedule of such fees shall be on file in the town clerk's office as well as the town fire marshal's office.
