§ 2. Corporate boundaries.

The corporate limits and boundaries of the Town of Atlantic Beach shall include all of that land known as the development of Atlantic Beach as platted, subdivided and shown by map of record in Map Book One, page eighty-six, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Carteret County and all amendments thereto as have been or shall be adopted by the Town Council of Atlantic Beach pursuant to relevant North Carolina statutes and process.
